We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee. Please call us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Yes — we have a private lot adjacent to the salon with free parking for clients. There's also metered street parking available on Thornridge Circle if the lot is full.
